Abstract
This article discusses the technology of obtaining intermetallic compounds by the method of spark plasma sintering, as well as the issues of training specialists in the field of powder metallurgy. Intermetallic compounds with unique physical and chemical properties play a key role in high-tech industries. The spark plasma sintering method can effectively produce these materials due to its ability to provide high density, strength, heat resistance and corrosion resistance. The article discusses the main stages of the sintering process, technology parameters and their influence on the structure and properties of intermetallic compounds. Particular attention is paid to the need to develop educational programs and train specialists who can effectively work with this technology and introduce it into industrial production. Examples of optimal programs aimed at developing personnel potential in the field of sintering of inter-metal compounds in Spark Plasma Sintering are given.
