Abstract

This article discusses the prospects for further development of large shopping centers in the structure of Astana. The study reflects the problem of remote location of large shopping centers for the population living in peripheral residential areas. The study examines the importance of retail facilities in human life. The study shows the location of large shopping centers in the city of Astana, which reveals the central location of retail facilities. Possible solutions are proposed to improve the accessibility of these institutions for the population. The article reveals the importance of creating a harmonious neighborhood of retail establishments in residential areas, which affects the effectiveness of the location of social infrastructure for the city's population. The article emphasizes the relevance of the retail environment, including taking into account the organization of convenience for citizens.
