Abstract

In this study, the bearing model was analyzed under static load conditions using the SolidWorks Simulation program. The purpose of the study is to assess the mechanical behavior of a carbon steel structure under load. The geometry for modeling was presented in the form of three-dimensional bodies, and their relationship was established under the condition of "Bonded". A normal force of around 1000 N was used as the load, and Roller/Slider and Fixed Geometry types were used as the supports. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the indicators of stress, shear and deformation were at a very low level, which indicates the strength of the structure. The results of the study proved that the model is mechanically stable and showed the effectiveness of such approaches in engineering design. The data obtained are suitable for use in specific engineering applications and prove the importance of quantitative analysis in the design of bearing elements
