THE IMPORTANCE OF THE ACCESSIBLE ENVIRONMENT IN THE FIELD OF TOURISM

Abstract

Barrier - free tourism is a special type of tourism that guarantees people with psychophysical development features a comfortable and barrier-free implementation of tourist activities. Collective tourism is an important area of social tourism. The main goal of social tourism is to create conditions for travel for disabled people, pensioners, war and Labor veterans, schoolchildren, young people and any other citizens who are provided with social support by state and non - state funds and other organizations. The purpose of this work is to study the theoretical and practical aspects of organizing a barrier-free environment for disabled people and other groups of the population with limited mobility, as well as analyze the risks of implementing design solutions. The article discusses the theoretical aspects of free tourism, the impact and importance of people with disabilities, the barrier-free environment on tourism, and the role of barrier-free tourism. Statistical analysis, analysis and recommendations for barrier-free tourism in Kazakhstan were presented.
