Abstract

The proposed design provides turning in the plane of the transportation surface. In this case, the turning conveyor works in 3d. This is necessary when entering the conveyor behind the combine into the chamber and for transportation through curved tunnels. For modeling, methods of discretization of dynamic equations in the Adams software package are used due to visual programming, the code of which is close to languages ​​of the "C" type. It is taken into account that the movements of the combine are uneven. This is due to the mode of processing the slaughter with unevenly strong soil areas. Performed: bench studies on reduced and full-size mock-ups, with electric and hydraulic drives. A systematic analysis of the obtained results and films is carried out. The adequacy of the model is confirmed by the coincidence of the results of bench and computer simulation. The use of turning conveyors is expected for chamber excavation of complex areas of solid mineral deposits. The technology will reduce the capital costs of mining minerals by 3 times compared to traditional lava-based mining.
