Abstract

Nowadays the issue of increasing the efficiency of fine grinding of materials is an actual one. The products of the grinding process are widely used in mining, chemical, construction and other industries. This article is dedicated to a theoretical study of a new vibro-rotary mill for fine grinding of materials. The purpose of the article is to determine the mathematical dependence of the grinding energy on the main characteristics of the mill. As the research results showed, the angle of inclination of the chamber sections has the greatest influence on the value of the grinding energy. The results of scientific work can be applied to create a real design of the mill, which will serve as a rationale for the parameters of the grinder to obtain the required product fineness.
