Abstract

The article analyzes modern instrumental CAD/CAE systems used for numerical simulation by the finite element method of liquid or air flow, it is shown that the most optimal is the use of the SolidWorks Flow Simulation tool environment. A virtual 3D model of a laboratory hydraulic system was created for a virtual laboratory workshop on the course "Hydraulics", numerical modeling of water flow was carried out, the expediency of using the SolidWorks Flow Simulation tool environment for performing virtual laboratory work was shown.
