Abstract
The article describes the author's model of digital competence of high school students developed on the basis of a comparative analysis of the authoritative framework of digital competence and adjusted using the hierarchy analysis method. The developed model consists of 5 competencies and 21 components. This model satisfies the current needs of the digital society and contributes to the formation of a competitive school graduate with the necessary level of information literacy, able to effectively interact and collaborate in the digital environment, able to create and develop digital content, while competently managing their security in the digital environment, if necessary, able to solve elementary technical problems and independently develop the necessary digital skills for themselves.
