Abstract

The article investigates the influence of the number of holes in the nodes on the accuracy of the assembly of multi-screw connections. The nature of the relationship between the distribution functions of primary errors, in particular, the limiting displacement that occurs during the assembly of single-bolt joints, and the accuracy of the relative orientation of the assembled elements of multi-bolt joints, is determined. Theoretical schemes for the formation of errors in the installation of the main elements formed in the plane of the joints are considered for a rather complicated situation, when shear forces that do not exceed the threshold value cause the elements to move. With the help of the existing engineering methodology for calculating bolted joints with holes that perceive shear loads of a size range, it was found that for the analysis of the assembly accuracy of single-bolt joints, the same results were obtained as for multi-bolt joints.
