Abstract

The tool for assessing the labor potential of personnel is at the heart of many business processes for working with personnel, in particular, managing its development. This tool allows you to see the ability of employees to achieve their goals, to see the payback of personnel costs, measurement of its value. We have analyzed the approaches to evaluation presented in the scientific literature. In this article, cluster analysis is used to assess human resources potential. The author's methodology of local adaptive clustering and the architecture of the personnel potential assessment monitoring system are proposed. We have identified clusters of personnel with different potential.
