Abstract
The specific weight of the electric lighting system in terms of total electricity consumption is quite high. Taking into account the current problems of energy resources, global environmental problems, reducing the percentage of electricity spent only on lighting installations, gives effective results both from the point of view of economics and from the point of view of energy quality. This article discusses intelligent automatic control systems for electric lighting. The main requirements for them are considered on the scale of a "smart home". As a result of the study, the use of solar photovoltaic cells for the autonomous functioning of the lighting system will be studied in detail and the effective aspects of flexible solar cells that allow them to create autonomous power complexes of electricity on their basis will be discussed.
