STATISTICAL ANALYSIS OF THE EMPLOYEE’S DISTRIBUTION DYNAMICS BY WAGE LEVELS IN KAZAKHSTAN

Abstract

In this article, the conducted research is aimed at obtaining reliable indicators of the standard of living of the population, as well as analyzing wages and differentiating incomes of the population. At the same time, the statistical analysis and the change in dynamics in a one-time regional study on the indicators of the number of employees, as well as their wages in the Republic of Kazakhstan are being investigated. The analysis is carried out once, where a period of no more than two or three years is taken, within the framework of a national study, to characterize the level of monetary income according to the distribution of the number of employees.  The article discusses the statistical analysis and changes in the dynamics of the study on the indicators of the number of employees, as well as their wages to be accrued for the period June 2015 and April 2021. All the information and tables provided, as well as statistical data for analysis, are ranked in ascending order. Each table was processed in the proper order according to the methodology of socio-economic characteristics of the feature space of the period under study, and the constructed wage trend line corresponds to a polynomial approximation.
