JUSTIFICATION OF THE DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT OF A NEW COMBINED SEEDING SECTION FOR WORKING IN THE CONDITIONS OF THE AGRO-INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX OF KAZAKHSTAN

Abstract
In the article, on the example of the developed design of a new sowing section, a scientific and design approach to the re-equipment of old sowing equipment, which is mostly equipped with peasant farms of the Republic of Kazakhstan, is given, and a description is given of a new sowing section, the manufacture of which is available to any agrotechnical enterprise of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The calculation of the main nodes and forces of resistance to the penetration of seed discs into the soil is given. The rationale for the location of the details of the sowing section in its general scheme is given, new, previously not used details of flat-cutting anchor coulters are given. All the above materials are aimed at updating and improving the sowing units used in the agro-complex of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as to ensure the specified sowing parameters when changing soil properties and on curved sections of the sown area. Theoretically, the studies are based on known dependencies and data from previous experiments in the field of soil mechanics, in the field of rutting and laying furrows, as well as on “classical” dependencies, with the help of which it is possible to calculate and establish the requirements and conditions for the stable running of sowing complexes relative to the vertical and horizontal plane of work. , which will greatly expand the theory of sowing machines. Theoretical and design solutions were tested by experiments and compared with already known data from open scientific and practical sources.
