Abstract

This article is devoted to the use of the gas thermal spraying method for the restoration of small-sized parts. The restoration of parts is one of the main sources of increasing the efficiency of repair production. Choosing an effective way to restore parts is an important task of improving the organization of repair production.

The article analyzes the characteristics of equipment and methods of microplasma spraying. The features of the microplasma sputtering process using the MPN-004 installation are shown. An example of work with the DIMET installation is also given.
