Abstract

Annotation. The article presents a general solution to changes in the moisture content in the berries of blackcurrants, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries and sea buckthorn. A model of the experiment was built using the Box- Behnken method with coded values of shelf temperatures and duration of drying in the process of sublimation of the berries as input parameters. Output values of the obtained model are adequate to the experimental data.
