АНАЛИЗ СХЕМ РАСТАНОВОК ЛАПОВЫХ РАБОЧИХ ОРГАНОВ НА ШИРОКОЗАХВАТНЫХ СЕЯЛКАХ БЛИЖНЕГО И ДАЛЬНЕГО ЗАРУБЕЖЬЯ

Abstract

In the article, the schemes of the arrangement of the paw working bodies on the frame of the sealing part in the wide-reach seeders of the near and far abroad were investigated. The schemes of arrangements in three and five sectional wide-reach seeders with different values of the width of the grip are considered. It is established that in some designs of the sealing part of wide-reach seeders there are no transport wheels, their functions are performed by support-rolling rollers in the form of pneumatic wheels and front technological wheels.Also, when performing the technological process for sowing seeds and fertilizers, they serve to set the depth of sealing.

In the presence of transport wheels, they can be installed in the frame of the sealing part and beyond. Thus, it is necessary to take into account the presence of transport wheels and their location relative to the frame, since the order and sequence of the optimal distribution of the foot working bodies on the frame of the sealing part depends on them.Further, traction classes of tractors were determined, which are aggregated by the aforementioned wide-reach seeders, depending on the width of the grip and the number of sections.
