The modern branch of the road industry is characterized by the emergence of innovative technologies and new materials, the improvement of machines and mechanisms that significantly affect the quality of road construction. Currently, one of the key tools of the designer is the use of BIM technologies in the design of road infrastructure. In particular, BIM technologies are used in the design of both unique transport infrastructure facilities and multi-level roads designed for operation in urban megacities.
Ground-penetrating radars based on the use of digital technology models provide the highest quality survey results, are used to determine the water table, the thickness of ice and structural layers of the pavement, and the quality of compaction of the soil of the road base.
In this paper, the method of non-destructive testing by georadar, based on the classical principles of radar, is considered, which is most often used in the transport construction industry. The GPR GPR data acquisition system consists of a digital dual camera, a computer, a computer GPR data acquisition system, a GPS antenna and a GPR GPR.
To form probing pulses, excitation by a voltage drop of a broadband transmitting antenna (shock excitation method) is used. The pulse emitted into the medium under study is reflected from objects or inhomogeneities of the medium in it that have a dielectric constant or conductivity different from the medium, is received by a receiving antenna, amplified in a broadband amplifier, converted to digital form using an analog-to-digital converter and stored in memory for subsequent processing. After processing, the received information is displayed on the indicator. The article also provides a justification for the advantages of using BIM technology programs with an example of processing data on the electrical properties of pavement materials obtained by non-destructive testing with a subsurface sounding radar device (georadar). The use of BIM technology programs allows you to significantly reduce the cost of designing an object, optimize project documentation and organization of the construction production process, organize interaction between designers and robot manufacturers in real time, develop the most efficient construction processes, increase the speed of design and construction of an object, eliminate errors in design and construction, improve the quality of design decisions, reduce unplanned material costs.License
