Abstract
Decision support systems are utilised to aid human management activities. In the domain of educational services, decision support systems are not extensively utilised and are primarily designed for financial management. The automatic processing of practical data for the analysis of educational processes is a challenging task in the arena of decision making. This paper aims to create a decision support approach for analyzing educational service data. This will facilitate the development of a process management tool for educational institutions that can enhance the quality of their services. The methodology employs factor analysis, set theory and an object-oriented approach to programming for achieving this aim. The study introduces algorithms to analyse one or multiple factors for evaluating the quality of educational services. The study introduces algorithms to analyse one or multiple factors for evaluating the quality of educational services. Furthermore, it formulates a decision-making process and outlines various methods for implementing the software, which involve operations with objects, classes, and operations on them. The study introduces algorithms to analyse one or multiple factors for evaluating the quality of educational services. The findings are practically significant, as they can enhance management activities within educational institutions. The results obtained could also aid in developing decision-making systems in trade or catering businesses where the objective is to evaluate management effectiveness based on customer satisfaction criteria related to specific product features.
