At the moment, urbanized spaces are actively growing and changing. They are constantly evolving in accordance with the changing needs of society. The most important part of any city is residential structures, typological groups of residential buildings, residential complexes, quarters and microdistricts. Changing the housing environment is an important aspect of the development of cities and society as a whole. The processes of transformation of the residential environment are directly related to the dynamically modernized culture of life. The geospatial and digital development of the city affects the established growth, changes it and gives it a new status. Today, historically established residential areas and buildings require reconstruction and renovation to adapt to the new requirements and needs of residents and guests of the city. Such a transformation involves not only physical changes, but also socio-cultural, economic and environmental aspects.
