FACADE CLEANING AS A METHOD OF PRESERVING THE AESTHETIC APPEARANCE OF A CITY

Abstract

One of the signs of caring for the building and the environment is the aesthetic appearance of the structure. The article discusses the need for regular seasonal cleaning of facades of residential buildings, low- and medium-rise buildings. The main aspects of the need for cleaning the facades of buildings are considered. The positive aspects of regular cleaning of building facades have been revealed. Measures and practical suggestions have been identified to maintain a pleasant aesthetic appearance of the building. The visual advantages of a clean facade of buildings were established. The results of the study demonstrate how important it is to maintain and ensure a good aesthetic appearance of the building in order to improve the psychological and emotional well-being of residents. Thus, maintaining and preserving the aesthetic appearance of a building at a high level is an important aspect in the field of urban planning and architecture. The aesthetics of a building plays a key role in shaping the overall appearance of a city or district and affects the perception of space by residents.
