POSSIBILITIES AND BENEFITS OF USING AUGMENTED REALITY TECHNOLOGIES IN THE REAL ESTATE MARKET

Abstract

In this work the areas of application of augmented reality were considered, studied, and reviewed. The literature review showed that augmented reality is one of the emerging technologies with practical application in many fields and the selected research topic is relevant. In order to visually demonstrate the possibilities and advantages of using augmented reality technology in the real estate market, four BI Group construction company residential buildings were selected. An interactive application was developed to provide a 3D model of these houses using augmented reality technology. The user interface has been developed. Nine special scripts have been written to ensure the proper operation of the buttons. For the convenience of using the application, a mobile version running on the Android operating system has been developed. The need to use augmented reality in urban infrastructure projects was described.
