Abstract
The aim of the article is to classify implants of complex geometric and topological structure for subsequent microplasma sputtering using a robotic complex. The research results proposed in the article are focused on the practical use of methods for further selection of implants according to compliance with the limit parameters. The proposed approach using the parametric classification method makes it possible to select implants according to 11 component parameters. 16 types of implants were considered. An algorithm for classifying implants was shown. In the Deductor studio analytical platform, implants were classified according to the most significant parameters: length and width. For subsequent plasma spraying with the help of robotic complexes, 3 implants were selected from the first two classes of implants that meet the limit parameters allowed for spraying by a robot. From Grade 1: hip joint implant, shin implant, shoulder joint and Grade 2: spinal implant, cervical implant, finger joint implant
